The Oak Room - this beautiful room is located on the second floor occupied with a full- sized Oak bed w/trundle, hand-hooked rugs, a dresser w/mirror, desk, closet and private bathroom ensuite. Coffee/tea service, A/C and clock. radio. Sunday - Thursday $ 70; Friday - Saturday $ 90; taxes not included.
The Heart Room – located on the second floor with two twin beds, desk and closet with two terry cloth robes and flip-flops for priority use of main bathroom, just down the hall. Coffee/tea service, A/C and clock radio. Sunday - Thursday $ 70; Friday - Saturday $ 90; taxes not included.
The Cherry Room – this second floor room provides a view of Montmorenci Road and has a queen bed with an Amish quilt and floor rugs. A true country feel expressed by the colorful walls, with private bathroom ensuite. Coffee/tea service, A/C and clock radio. Sunday - Thursday $ 70; Friday - Saturday $ 90; taxes not included.
Reading Room –this small living room has two red wing-back reading chairs, a convertible sofa- which can produce a comfortable bed, and shares the main bathroom on the second floor, equipped with Cable TV, and books to read. A/C. $ 50 plus taxes.
Living Room Commons Area – a very comfortable family room with two chairs and a convertible sofa, fireplace, Cable TV, a stereo system and two tables for checker /chess/card playing, and a guest refrigerator with cold drinks and snacks. A desk by the bay window for writing and a rolltop desk with a wireless computer station [WiFi] on the east wall.. To the west of the family room lies a screened in porch for afternoon sun lovers.
Dining Room - An enjoyable room filled with good food and drink at breakfast time, with a large oak table and companion chair sitting everyone for a cheerful and complete breakfast. On the east side is a beautiful China Closet, while a Sideboard Server spans the west side.

Reservation Information
  • Rooms offer private bath (exceptions, Heart Room and options); robes available; share the Main Bathroom on the second floor. Rates are single / double occupancy and includes full breakfast.
  • In addition to the rates listed for 2006 there is a 9 % occupancy tax
    (3 % Elk County; 6 % in the State of Pennsylvania).
  • Mid-week rates apply Sunday evening through Thursday evening, except on Holidays.
    Weekend rates apply Friday evening through Saturday evening, Holidays included.
  • A two (2) night minimum applies for weekends in season and on Holidays. Rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests (exception: the Oak Suite, which can accommodate three guests).
  • The inn is not appropriate for children, unless behavior is excellent.
  • The inn provides a smoke-free environment for all guests.
  • Pets are not permitted, since we are not equipped to handle them.
  • Arrivals are between 1:00 P.M. and 8 P.M. Later check-ins are by advanced arrangement. Early check-in is normally not available.
  • Check out is before 11:00 A.M. on the day a guest is leaving. Luggage, et al, is the responsibility of each guest.

    CANCELLATION POLICY: You will receive a total refund if you cancel
    your reservation at least two-weeks before your planned arrival date. If
    your reservation is cancelled less than two weeks before your planned
    arrival date, you shall receive a refund minus $5.00.
